01 | PhD, First Class in M.Com/MBA in Financial Management and/or Allied Areas; 2-5 years of experience in financial institutions. Teaching areas: Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Rural Financial Services and Micro-finance institutions, Micro insurance and Risk Management |
Deep understanding of financial inclusion, SHGs, and rural banking practices. Experience with financial literacy programs and livelihood finance. Knowledge of fintech solutions in rural contexts. Ability to work with GIS-based financial mapping tools. Financial modelling and forecasting skills. Skills in monitoring and evaluating microfinance programs. Engagement with public policy and regulatory frameworks related to rural finance.
Thorough understanding of core financial management papers like risk management, portfolio etc. Research Publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC Care listed Journals. Experience in teaching. |

Understanding of evolving HR practices, talent analytics, DEI, digital HR tools, strategic HRM, HR Analytics, HR Policy analysis, HR Audits and Human Resource Research Methods. Familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, HR analytics platforms. Exposure to labour laws, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.
