Third and Final List of Selected Candidates

Third List [All Dept.]

All the selected candidates are informed herewith to take admission in the offered specialization by the last date.

Dates : 30th April to 6th May 2013 between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (Sunday Closed)

Note: Institute will remain open on 1st May 2013

Documents to be submitted :

1. Original XAT Score Card / CMAT Score Card
2. Photocopies of Mark-sheets of Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-graduation (if any) and Professional courses (if any)
3. Original College Leaving Certificate or Migration Certificate (from University). In case of final year appearing candidates a letter from college to that effect.
4. Photocopy of Latest Caste Certificate (for SC / ST candidates only)
5. Photocopy of Baptism Certificate (for Christian Candidates only)
6. Seven (07) latest colored passport size photographs
7. Admission Fee : Rs.76,500/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred only) by Demand Draft/Pay Order only payable in favour of Xavier Institute of Social Service payable at Ranchi and a photocopy of the DD.
8. Affidavit for Anti-ragging self and parent as per UGC norms :

9. Photocopies of Experience Certificate (if any)

Candidates must bring all the original documents (as mentioned above) for verification purpose. The selected candidates must take the admission within the stipulated time.
