The 4th Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Education Conclave brought together distinguished leaders and experts to explore the transformative potential of the NEP2020 journey in higher education.

The event was graced by the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Hon'ble Governor Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan. Dr Joseph Marianus Kujur SJ, Director, XISS and other eminent figures such as Dr Amritanshu Prasad, Chairman, ICC Jharkhand State Council, Dr Ajit Kumar Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Ranchi University, Prof Kshiti Bhusan Das, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jharkhand were a part of this conclave. Other luminaries, including Dr Vibha Pandey, Deputy Director-cum-State Nodal Office, Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand, Dr Indranil Manna, Vice Chancellor, BIT Mesra, Dr Raman Kumar Jha, Vice Chancellor, ICFAI University, Dr Harishwar Dayal, Associate Professor, St. Xavier's College, and Dr Braj Kishore Sinha, Head of the Department, Zoology, Ranchi University, converged to chart a course of innovation and excellence, sculpting the contours of tomorrow's educational landscape.

Dr Amritanshu Prasad, Chairman, ICC Jharkhand State Council welcomed the audience. Further, Director XISS, Dr Joseph Marianus Kujur share his views on Implementation of NEP 2020 during the 4th ICC Education Conclave. During his theme address, he termed it as a 3D change and stated that effective leadership will be defined by the ability to incorporate this change. He also termed it as a much-needed transformative framework in Indian Education system. He also mentioned that NEP 2020 will ensure that learning experience is innovative and research oriented. He also shared his views on the highlights of NEP 2020: Internationalization, Holistic, and Multidisciplinary Approach. He also coined it as "freedom with responsibility."
