XISS reserves the right to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any Service.

You understand that if any offensive, indecent or objectionable use is associated with you, disciplinary action may be taken against you.

XISS may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms)
