VISION:

STRC is to be seen as a centre of excellence for imparting quality training to the stakeholders working on STI/HIVAIDS in the State of Jharkhand.

MISSION:

To institutionalize the capacity of STRC for imparting quality training for effective implementation of HIV AIDS programme in the State and to create a Pool of trainers on various issues of HIV/AIDS.

GOAL:

To impart quality training to the various staffs of the TI NGOs (as per NACO guidelines).

OBJECTIVES:

To build capacities of TI project functionaries to ensure qualitative improvement.
To ensure need based quality training of TIs as per NACP III technical and operational guidelines.
To develop the local resources like facilitators for training, demonstration sites for sustaining skill development process.
To enhance the capacity of NGOs and Civil Society organization in proposal development (for NACP funded project).
To undertake operational research and learning sites development.
